Don't show 'new messages since' banner if I'm on the channel

I have multiple monitors and one is basically my discord monitor. What has been annoying is that even if I'm on the channel, but alt+tabbed to my gaming montior, I still get this new message banner.

Honestly it isn't that frustrating, but wanting it gone for years now has made it become my biggest grip with the Discord app. If the channel is open, I don't want to get notifications about new messages just because Discord isn't my focused app.

    It’s a frustrating bug, but it’s because it isn’t focused on discord, it assumes it’s behind another app.
