Voice and Video, Voice Channel's, Audio problems

when I join a voice channel and like 1 person is also there in the same voice channel, I cant hear him say anything even though his picture lights up which means that he's talking, so I tried it with other friends but it wont work, people suggested me to put the server to Sydney so I did that but when my friend and me joined a random voice channel in a server with region to Sydney, I can hear robotic and distorted voice, I tried it with other regions, still the same thing happens, I changed the my headphone setting, still wont work, I fixed my Wi-Fi, still wont work, I checked if my headphones was good, and it was, but I can still hear robotic and distorted voices, I tried it with other people, still wont work

Please fix this, I really want to use the voice channels in Discord to talk with my friends, especially in quarantine

For now, I wont be using voice channels of Discord for a long time as it just doesn't work
