Notify When Someone Saves/Downloads Pictures

I know this might be similar to other posts, but as an admin in multiple NSFW servers, I’d like the ability to know who is taking screenshots or downloading pictures / videos of my members. Maybe create a toggle option on/off and allow a logging channel, or section, to state who has taken screenshots and states the channel it originated in. I would then ban their accounts appropriately. This is similar to what Snapchat has. Ideally it would be great if this worked for either a screenshot or clicking on the “download” button.

  this would be fantastic for user privacy! something that would disallow the save picture option and alert if a screenshot is taken would be amazing.

  downloading content/screenshots are used for many things on discord, not just NSFW stuff. As an admin or a NSFW discord server you should be able to accept the fact that there are going to be creeps and that is just apart of being on the internet. The feature is a large part of sharing memes, interacting with friends ect.

  The fact that someone tries justifying this behavior is odd. The fact that there are creeps on the internet is another reason we should try to protect members on the internet.

  It could be a simple toggle per channel, and off by default. It could be used to prevent leaks of people’s personal content or mitigate it at least. It’s not an “all or nothing” scenario. Using the internet also requires adapting to different circumstances. Discord was primarily used for gaming, but has become huge with the NSFW channels, which could require some minor changes or additions, such as my suggestion.

  This would be very useful especially to figure out who might be committing illegal activities such as “revenge p0rn”
