Please add an option to make selected users not be able to hear you

Please add an option to make selected users not be able to hear you, like as a mix between a deafen and mute button, it will be super usefull if we want to tell someone in a voicechat but not the other friend.

For example if you are in a voicechat of 3 and you want to tell one person a spoiler about a video game you and the other person played but not the third friend so you dont have to ask them to deafen each time.
