Optional autoplay videos w/ or w/o sound

For videos with sound a wrapper like spoiler could be used to enable a videos automatic play when scrolled over. In an automatic video play setting a user can select whether to enable or disable autoplay videos, allowing sound to play as well or allowing video with no sound to play. To disable automatic video play removes these choices and the user sees the autoplay wrapped video as a regular video.
