Allow video configuration

My camera is fairly advanced, and has loads of tweakable settings through the drivers.

but, I can’t access any of this via discord, I just have to rely on all the defaults. Please add a configure option to the video camera setup to allow driver tweaks to focus, exposure, zoom, etc via the camera’s own settings page.

    but usually your camera comes with a driver or some sort of additional software to configure those settings

    Discord (as well as any other video call service, f.e. zoom , teams ,... ) Wouldn't know that your camera supports those settings
    Means they would need to hardcode either the setting itself (meaning everyone would be able to use this setting)
    Or implementing a small version of the drivers settings window.
    The later is super hard to do , and would be needed for like every camera that exists out there , which is not possible for discord to handle.
