Pings When You Edit Replies

Make it so that when when you edit a reply message, it doesn't ping the user. What I mean is that the pings were originally turned off when replying but by editing it, you ping the user.

This can be weirdly seen when you edit a message that replies to yourself. Normally, it is unable to ping yourself when first making the message. Editing that message will add the ping highlight and add the "@" at the beginning of your name, signifying that you pinged the person.

This can be dangerous as many people use a no ping reply on people that they aren't allowed to ping (by server rules) but still want to have a normal conversation with them. I have been personally affected by this and the mods took action. Mods will look for the "@" attached to the name to determine if you pinged the person or not. Even if you only gave the person you replying to the ping highlight without the notification, the mods wouldn't know and you will be punished regardless.

This sounds petty but it's a stupid issue that should be easy to fix.
