new channel type: Home channel

Add a new channel type.  This will be a HUB or Home channel type, limited to 1 per server.

I made a quick image of how this HUB channel would look, found at the very bottom of this suggestion.
The dark boxes can be rearraged and changed in size, (I made some small and some large boxes to show this)
In these boxes you can put other mini-channels, and here are some examples of what mini-channels could be:

• A small text box to for example list the rules for the server
• an announcement channel, like for partnered channels to use, but this time it will only show 1 message at a time, and people will be able to scroll to see previous announcements. Similar to regular text box, but this time you can see the previous things listed in the box. (previous announcements will of course be removable if the server staff want to)
• A list of people online who have a certain role (for example displaying all staff members online, so you can easily PM them)
• An image or image set, with the following options: Single image (to just look at or use as a banner or something); images to cycle through (just a list of images to cycle through, which automatically cycle but can also be done manually, think of the Steam game page where you have images that cycle slowly, but you can still cycle through them yourself); images to only manually cycle through, in case you want the people in your server to have some customization options idk
• a discord invite link, for other servers part of a community, or to have the link for people to share it
• A highlights box, which shows a message sent in another channel. Basically pinning the message but with an extra wow factor
• a list of channels, or a single channel with description, to click on and be sent to immediately, in case the server has a large amount of channels and there is one hidden away somewhere and you wanna make it feel special
  Also able to list a voice chat here, in case it's lonely and wants some company :D
• maybe you guys know some mini-channel ideas?

This channel type would be available to every server without the need to make it a partenered, verified or public server (public as in the update from 30/09/2020).
