Add key binding option to disable all videos

Pretty self-explanatory. Sometimes when in-game people in the voice chat turn their cams on and it starts lagging the game/other heavy applications. I think adding a keybind to do this is the easiest way to rid of this problem without having to one-by-one disable videos which can get annoying in an especially big voice call.
