image thumbnail

Hi everyone,

I think it could be great to add a permission called "Thumbnail".

If the user does not have the permission, when he will send an image or a video the size will be reduced by 4 and we can click on it to enlarge it.

If the user has the permission, then the image is showing as usual.
It could lighten the text chat when a lot of images are sent.
