AWFUL Support Team

Discord's support team in one way has improved. They have improved that their replying to reports is a lot quicker which is great and all till the reply seems like the most bot-like response ever.

I have a situation and you get an extremely robotic reply, almost feels like it is been copied and pasted. Even before you type your issue and reason for opening the ticket. The person who supports you asks why did you open the ticket. It makes no sense I just typed out a whole reason why I typed it. So is that report just voided? I wasted my time putting evidence and things together just for them to ask for it again. 

Contacting support is extremely irritating cause it's through an email, it would be great if there was some chat-like interface on the website or even on the client instead of typing on an email. Even calling them would be great actually listening to a human and not getting these unhelpful replies would be great.

I said something asking for help about something and they didn't even help me they just referred me to a bunch of different sites. The people who done the bad thing it's so obvious and blatant that's actually depressing to see them just getting away cause of the lack of help. The platform's biggest problem is its awful moderation.

Support in a social platform personally I think is the number one thing for social service. I'm not really an expert in this but discord is so short-staffed for its size and the amount of revenue it brings in its extremely surprising that their staff and most importantly their support staff are so small. The support is always constantly abused in a way that people literally threaten to take people's servers down not in a way to protect discord but for their own gain. They go into ways to take servers down. The system is broken, invest in support, please. Like please upvote this so they see it. Invest in your support team stop adding useless UI Features that no one asked for or complicating simple features focus on your moderation cause every day happening on the platform and people don't even try report it cause they think what's the point. They'll just link me to some websites and say just block them.
