Notification ease of use

I am in a decent number of groups for updates, and some of these updates ping too often. When I go to notification settings globally, it only offers turning all of them off, and to turn off the @everyone ping you have to go through each server, including all the new ones after, to suppress it. There should be a toggle on the global settings to turn off the @everyone ping for all servers, making the by-server settings a whitelist instead of blacklist. Another convenience change would be having a drop-down list of servers there to easily get to notification settings by server without backing in and out. Thanks for reading!
