No perks from Nitro

So i have received no perks from purchasing Nitro other than receiving 2 boosts. My bank account says two payments have been taken out, £9.94 from the premium Nitro and £4.49 when i chose classic Nitro. On the Discord app wether i'm on my macbook or iphone if i select Nitro it says the $9.99 Premium Nitro is my current plan, and explains i have all these perks when in reality i don't, i have no premium chat, no custom emojis, no custom avatar, no custom tags, no icon to say i have Nitro, nothing. I have essentially paid £9.94 + £ 4.49 on 2 server boosts thats it.
