Have the option to disable others webcams while in call.

Not gonna explain exactly why, but long story short I'm stuck with using my phone to be on calls with a lot where I need to use mobile data. When others turn on their webcams or video I either need to close out of the application and wait until they've stopped or ask them verbally to turn it off which kinda makes me feel like a buzzkill. So could there be an option (kind of like how you need to click on streams to watch them) to either manually turn on or off others webcams?
