Pinging only the people in a voice channel

I've been thinking about this a lot, the option to ping only the people in a voice channel using @Game lobby 1 or @Voice chat 4 would be very cool

  1. Maybe make it so that you can ping everybody in voice or text channel so you can ping everybody in an argument.
  2. It should use a second prefix so that discord knows that you want to ping a channel. Like the "§" character.
