[iOS] Fix microphone in use indication

On iOS the orange dot remains in the corner even when you mute yourself in a call, indicating that the microphone is still in use. When I mute myself in a call it’s expected that the microphone turn off and the orange dot disappear. I have already been emailing support about this issue but they for two weeks with all the information they’ve asked for but they are adamant that this is how it is supposed to work and suggested I vote here if I would like to see the system improved, so thats what I’m doing because I’m tired of the issues I’ve been facing with Discord, particularly this one on mobile. It just sucks your issue has to be popular in order for it to be fixed 🤡😂. So can someone fix the microphone in use indication, please? Pretty please?🤨
