Let people with nitro choose the frame that the non-gif pfp shows.

I'm fine with the profile picture not always moving. I don't really care about that too much but I have when I find a good GIF but the still icon is utter trash. I have to either edit out parts of the gif to get a good still icon or it's just bad. Please let us choose which frame ends up being the still profile picture. It'd make gif pfps so much better when they're not moving.
