New feature - Voice frequency equalizer

Sometimes many people have bad microphone and their voices are heard realy ugly. Seems it would be nice if users can adjust some frequency levels (high, mid and low...or maybe something like 5-band equalizer) on each others.

  I have the same problem, often the mates microphone hurts my ears (hello Augusto!)
