Location sharing primarily for PoGo and similiar titles

Allow location sharing facebook/messenger style for a specific chanell. Target group : pokemonGO discords who need to organize everybody. Allow setting up separate window in a chanell, named events. Events would be used for raids, and people should be able to send where they want to go, in what time range can they be there, and optionally allow location sharing. Server MODs should be able to set some chanells for events as "location share only". Events should be possible to set time to, eg from 17:30 to 19:00, and people can add their avaiable time to the event with their current location.
