Emoji panel not darkened in dark mode

The emoji panel is still using the bright theme even in dark mode.

  While the stable version of Discord does not have dark mode support for the emoji panel, the PTB (Public Test Build) has one, and a couple small changes too. Go to https://ptb.discordapp.com/download and click 'Get the Public Test Build' and click Download.
