You’re Failing - Discord Is So Disorganized

I cannot stand the layout of Discord. It’s impossible to have a productive conversation. Every Discord I’m a part of has different channels for topics but if you try to have a productive conversation or provide feedback on a more specific part of that topic — it’s impossible. I’m a part of several Discord channels and see it on every one of them. Either you have the organized way of doing this and haven’t communicated it to users or you need to focus on developing this more. Sadly, I saw posts about this from 2 years ago and nothing has changed. Discord’s response was basically “uh, we already have that”. But you don’t! You’re not getting it and that’s the problem. You’ve done an amazing job at coding and development of Discord but you’re failing miserably when it comes to effective communication among users. You really need to hire someone to focus on this issue

    What are you requesting? Any examples or suggestions how to make it better?

    Text channels on Discord servers isn't really up to Discord, but the mods/admins of that server.

    Fyi, you can put severs in folders and clean your server list more.

    Also, the text channels are up to the Owner/Staff not discord

    Reading your message, you can "close" the categories as at least most servers have those and that will clean the channels more. Maybe you can request a suggestion to add some categories if they don't have them
