making discord more productive

the bot idea in this suggestion is a feature that is explained, and it should be made. it can be a built in feature in the server format templates offered when somone is trying to make a new server:                                                                                                                                                                     how about a archive channel where we can archive a idea that many people approve of, which can be communicated with a standardized emoji reaction like green checkmark that way, all ideas developed in the server can be benefited from by even people that werent present at teh debate, and the worthiness of a idea is agreed upon democratically. This ideally should and can be a automated bot, that archives things with a certain number of green checkmark approval emojis under it. It can also just be mods, or any user. users should be directed to the archive before they send a arguement, so everyoen is updated on ideological progress of previous debates, so debates dont go in circles (become repettitive).
to refer to a previously typed arguement and its explanation, u could just send a link to arguement in the archive channel also for your arguement in the archive, u can type a code next to it in plaintext, for ex. %3456, and in ur personal library u can have the code and description so u can just word search the code to easily find the arguement in the archive and send the link to it instead of typing up the entire arguements and explanation
there should be a archive for every channel to make things easier to search for
