Admin spoiler tags

Suggestion: ability to allow admins in servers to spoiler tag text and images after they've been posted, without requiring the person who sent the message to edit or resend the content

    this is a good idea, for multiple reasons
    1. it would be a similar tier, privacy wise, as being able to delete others' messages, which we can already do as part of the Manage Messages permission. Therefore being able to, as a mod/admin, spoiler someone else's messages, does not enter the "edit someone else's messages" territory, which would obviously be bad (you're not changing connotation nor diction in the original statement, therefore it's not a violation of privacy/speech/free will/whatever/etc)
    2. this is also important because of bots? for example, if you have a webhook for news, but one specific news item/post could be potentially triggering, or is a spoiler, however you want people to have the opt in ability of viewing it, admins could spoiler that message sent by the webhook "bot"
    3. while we're at it, please add ability to edit a message with an image to spoiler the image after the fact
