[Suggestion] add a save message feature

So let’s say you’re in a server or a group chat or even a DM and you can’t or don’t want to pin a message. An easy solution is to implement a save message feature! What I have in mind is kind of like the save post/comment feature on Reddit. I feel like this would be really useful for various reasons.
