The Misplaced yet still Raging Demon

While attempting to perform the easter egg relating to the Street Fighter combo (Shun-Goku-Satsu) in the keyboard shortcuts menu, the animation and image displayed in the easter egg is misplaced far to the bottom right. This happens on any zoom level. This persisted through a system restart. The link below leads to a ~30 second video of me performing the easter egg and showing the displaced image.

(I did not find this important enough to create a support ticket since the dev team surely must have something more important to work on but this trivial matter, so I've opted to create a feedback ticket instead.)
