Let us send embeds

Let us send embeds. there would be a tab or button to switch to embed mode where you can fill out the embed details. the embeds would have a full border with the left side just thicker to distinguish it from bots. there would also be a permission in servers to allow embeds. Would be useful for server admins/owners who don't want to go through the trouble of using an embed generator + webhook.

It should be available to all because if you need nitro then people with nitro can make big annoying things that server owners cant block. nitro + perm then server owners cant use them w/o nitro. just needing permissions and it solves both problems.
