Seperate Notification Settings for Desktop and Mobile

I want to suggest a feature where we have seperate settings for Desktop notifications and Mobile notifications.

My issue with the current system is that if i turn off mobile notifications for the regular messages, there's no way to still get mobile notifications for pings.

And turning all notifications to "Ping only" means that i don't get any regular notifications on Desktop which isn't what i want either.

Probably the easiest solution would be a sub option for mobile notifications that lets me select if i want ping only or all messages for mobile notifications.
