Server Mute

this gonna sound kina weird, but I know there are lots of people who join in servers and have half of them on mute, so basically someone joins and mutes the server, the server should be able to see who mutes or has muted the server. Also just because some people mutes the server maybe because they don't wanna be pinged so often in the server but still get pinged so maybe by letting people in the server know they muted the server maybe that'll help people in the server to not ping that person. I know this sounds dumb but I feel like this would be kind of a good idea I don't know though.
