Guild Kick Add

Hello,

Today I am going to give my feedback as a Discord Bot developer who is currently working on a Logging Bot. 

As I was scrolling through the documentation for my coding language, I noticed that there was On Ban event but no On Kick event. Further investigation onto the GitHub repo of the API Wrapper for my coding language, I noticed a issue had been opened asking about this and the reply from a contributor was the fact that Discord does not have a Gateway Event for Guild Kick Add. 

My suggestion would be to add a Guild Kick Add that is similar to Guild Ban Add.

  Just check for a kick audit log entry pertaining to that person, it's what I do.
