Allow Uploaded Video Copying on Webapp

The ability to copy links of uploaded videos is on the PC app, yet ironically isn't on the webapp, which is based off of links. Okay, maybe only ironic for me. In order for webapp users to share videos, they either have to 1. Download the video, 2. Copy the video in pinned messages or inbox (which seems like a bug), or 3. Use Inspect to grab the video URL. All three methods are annoying to use when PC users can just right click and choose the copy link option.
