New member auto-role from any bot

The default new role is added to new server members but a role that has certain functions is not added until I change it manually. I also tried to create a new role and only in channels to change certain functions, but still bots do not add those roles.
I don't understand what to do to solve this problem.

I made 2 roles where one is common and the other with certain capabilities, each bot is the same - they only assign a role without specific functions. How to add that roles to new members via bot with certain functions?
