  Happened to me once even though I haven't used my email for discord, I don't know how I still managed to verify my email account, must be a miracle.

  Use forgot password to get access to the account (since you have access to the email), then log in and delete the account

  Yea me too, I just signed into this account to see who set this up. It doesn't have any activity but I got an email saying someone was trying to change the password. I have never used discord and I don't know how they verified it either.
