No VC notification sounds when someone is deafened

I know people could just leave the chat or deactivate all notifications in the menu permanently but sometimes its easier to just press the deafen keybind and idk, watch a 2 minute video or something. So it would be nice if join/leave sounds as well as "started streaming" or "ended stream" etc etc sounds (Basically all the VC notification sounds) were off if I choose to deafen myself. If anything an option to enable this function would be better since some users may want to actually hear the VC notifications while deafened.
