[BUG/GLITCH] Choosing GIFs glitches my computer

When I am scrolling through what GIFs I could use in a message, my screen goes black for a second and it won't allow me to see the thumbnails anymore unless I reload the page and even then the process repeats and after a while it shuts down my computer.  This is getting really annoying as some of my other friends are having the same issue too and it is starting to affect my computer like a virus.  For the time being I won't be using the GIF feature but I like using GIFs so this hurts me.  :(

The reason I am even writing about this is because my computer handles every other site using GIFs perfectly, It's just discord that is doing this.
