Add selective status appearance.

I think you should be able to select who can see if you're online or not, this can also include selecting what servers can see your status. Say for one person you don't really like you appear offline for them, but for any other person they can see you online. This can also include if you want your status to be public, friends only, or for certain people you select, so on public servers no one can see you, but on private servers anyone can see you. I have had an issue with this for some of my friends on Xbox too, I don't want to unfriend or block them, but I just don't want them to see me online.
