Discord Canary build 71737 Has a bug that joining a voice chat will reboot software

Build: Canary 71737

System OS: Windows 10 64-Bit (10.0.19042)

Replication steps:
- Log in
- Join populated Voice Chat
- Discord will reset, disconnect you from Voice Chat, log back in and reconnect you to Voice Chat then repeat. On second reset you will be disconnected from the Voice chat entirely.
