Allow changing an aready sent message to a reply

When messages are moving fast in a channel sometimes you only realize you need to use the reply feature after you have already sent the message

  I really would like this functionnality. I always forget to add an answer, then people don't know what context the message have.

  If I could add this one after sending a message, this will be more simple.
