Add option to have reply's ping off by default

I'm in one of the servers where the reply function has been already rolled out, It's definitively an huge improvement from the (now removed?) quote function, and I love how it links to the original message, before that you could do that only by enabling developer mode and sending the raw link to the message.  
HOWEVER now that the ping isn't in text form anymore and can only be turned off by clicking a new separate button is harder to remove than just pressing backspace, and pinging is, at least in the communities I'm in, often ranging between useless and very annoying. So since turning it off is something that can't be done by muscle memory alone and I'll find myself not using it more often than using it I'd really REALLY love an option to have the ping/mention off by default.

    Alternatively I'd love to just see it as off by default completely, not something you have to choose to make your default, and then click to turn it on!

    Or, offer a per server default setting to turn pinging off by default. So server owners can decide to turn off reply pinging by default.

    Agree with my man, Mikro's suggestion here. It's hella annoying to be pinged by people when they didn't mean to ping me.

    I'm an admin in a group of servers with 15 to 60k people per server. We'd definitely *love* the ability to select whether the ping on reply is enabled or disabled by default (or maybe even completely disable it). If a setting like that could be implemente it'd be much obliged as some of our content creators get drowned in pings.

    Agree with Mikro as well. The option to turn ping off should be a server setting or at the least user setting.

    I totally agree, it would be a huge improvement, as people wouldn't have to manually turn it off every time (also, the quote function is still available, but you have to do it manually, kinda like code blocks)
