How do i claim my 3 months of discord nitro from game pass with a play card?

I tried claiming the nitro but i needed a credit card or paypal, no one in my family has one, i thought google pay was that but you need a credit card, there is an option  to buy nitro wiht a play card but when i claim the nitro it redirects me to a site and i can't use a play card for it

    you will get nitro sniped instantly, my friend sent me a code and it got sniped in millaseconds... discord literally scamming out here XD
