Option to make the Reply UI less cluttered

The common complaint I'm seeing with the reply feature is that it clutters up the chat, giving users an overwhelming feeling when trying to read it.

I think this could be easily avoided if the quoted message wasn't automatically shown (via toggle-able option in settings). The "replied to" part after the user's name has the same functionality upon clicked, so users may rely upon that to go back to the original message.

Also when on, give the option to see a message preview upon clicking rather than it auto scrolling back however far to the original message, or have that be it's own setting.

    Seconding this. The intention was clearly to make conversations easier to follow, but when the majority of a chat is replies, it becomes difficult to follow what's going on.
