Option to either Quote or reply instead of just one

Currently, we are only able to reply to messages, if people dont like the new system its just too bad we will have to reply. If we want to repeat or qoute what someone said we can't we will have to reply. I Think it would be better if we got the option to do both of them

  I wholeheartedly agree with the above statement. Why remove existing functionality in the first place? "Reply" is not the replacement for "Quote", it's different.
