Time traveling post

So I was just in a memes channel and suddenly a post popped up that was dated December 31, 1969 at 7:00pm despite it being, well, November 20, 2020 at around 1:00pm. The user profile if the poster won't load at all and no other user could see it but me. I don't know how this would happen nor what to do with it, I'm just confused.
