You'll be able to buy or gift Coins and with that coins you will be able to buy things like Nitro.

  Not going to lie,There could be exploits by forcing or asking friends to do things that will get you those coins Etc
  Other thing is, there would be alot of Dummy accounts made duriing these times.Also there can be other exploits to get those coins from other players etc. So I dont think its much of a good idea.
  
  Unless they make it in whcih we have to pay for those coins. LIke Buy nitro. And From buying NItro we gain coins. Or like Reddit, we buy coins to donate or whatever it is used for etc.
