Add the Quote button back as an option.

While it is still possible to quote people manually using >, I used it all the time as a button and replies don't do the same thing I want and it would be nice to have the option to toggle between them or toggle either one on and off and not just have one replace the other permanently

    I completely agree, it was a good feature and I am sad that it was removed
