Allow all things you can do as a user to be done by default on the server (mute, minmize, ect.)

As the title states I would like something so that whenever you setup your server you can choose to have certain channels and categories muted or minimized to all users by default.

So say that you don't want a bot only news channel pining every new user. So you mute it, and if someone likes it and wants pings they can un-mute it.

Or if you have categories for niche people, but others may still want to see them, you can set, say, NSFW and Anime channels, for example to be automatically muted and minimized in those categories so that way only those interested will expand and un-mute them.

This would also allow bigger servers with tons of channels to be less scary to new users if everything but the welcome/about and general chats were already minimized and those people could more clearly see what your server offers via the overview of the minimized categories.

The same could also be applied on a role basis, so those who opt-into certain roles may get those expanded by default because they may not have noticed them, but now they're showing interest so it makes those channels easier to find.
