Feature Request, friend notification settings.

Right now we have three options for server notifications, all messages, only @mentions, and nothing (plus suppress ping options). I’d like to recommend a setting where only @mentions from friends will show a notification/ping. I know I’d find it useful for servers I’m admin on where I don’t need to be pinged by fandoms.
