Being Able to Message Discord Support Officials

Well, I've once thought, that, Discord is an amazing platform to use to hang out with people, but it's really funny that the employees and support officials can't be sent a DM on queries on the app.
This function would come in very handy for people who prefer sending DMs over emails.
Am I right ??
