Is being forced to not talk in a server against Discord ToS?
I'm not talking about people being muted for an amount of time for reasons listed to separate servers, but I was wondering if its against the ToS to force someone to be unable to talk in a server at all unless an admin says they can talk?
I was wondering this because its happening in a server I'm in, the admin of the server won't allow any of the mods to give me a role that lets me talk (we have that I guess to stop random raids that could happen) unless they decide to permit it. I have been in the server for a few months now, and the admin decides to kick me and lie that they didn't, so I rejoined and now they won't let me talk at all.
I'm unsure if this is the right place to ask this question, as I haven't used this site often.

It's their server and that's not against ToS. Maybe if they were partnered, but I doubt it would result in any sort of punishment if reported.

Ah, okay, thank you for clarifying it for me.
