Discord voice is freezing they cant hear me i cant hear them

Hello My internet speed is good 70mb's download and 20up my ping with discord is 10-19 and no packet loss I'm on EU central and live in the UK its wired connection and my university commendation  this only started a few weeks ago and doesn't happen all the time my pc is working fine and its a discord client issue i try and reinstall and it just seems to install in mini seconds making me thing the files didn't delete
