Ability to remove specific people/roles from pings

Say, if I wanted to ping @everyone but there’s a role that doesn’t want to be pinged, I would do @everyone-@DontPing, or something like that. Or, if I wanted to ping a role but remove 2 people from that ping for any reason, I would say @Mods-@ThatOneModIHate#1234-@StopPingingMe#5678

    Actually individual users can select for each server (and even each channel IIRC) if they want to get notifications or not, and that can include @mentions and include or exclude @everyone and @here

    So if someone is annoyed at @here and @everyone than they should just update their settings.

    I only tend to be annoyed when admins and moderators abuse @here in announcements, because I usually leave announcements to 'on' because it could be important, so if that get abused I get annoyed. But this suggestion won't fix that.

    And if you don't want to be pinged as a moderator, either you stop being a moderator, or you warn/ban the user that keeps pinging moderators for no reason.
